The app includes calculators, clinical references, learning content, subscription features, calculation history, blood gas trend tools, bookmarks where available, and application preferences.Vent Check RT is not intended to serve as a patient medical record or electronic health record.2. Information You ProvideYou may enter clinical values into calculators and other tools, including measurements such as blood gas values, ventilator parameters, height, weight, and other clinical inputs.Vent Check RT does not require users to create a personal account to use the application.3. Patient Information and IdentifiersVent Check RT is not designed for storing directly identifying patient information.Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, or other information that directly identifies a patient into the application.Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Vent Check RT complies with their employer's policies, professional obligations, and applicable privacy laws.Vent Check RT does not claim to be a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record or medical-record storage service.4. Information Stored on Your DeviceCertain application information is stored locally on your device. Depending on the features you use, this may include:Calculation history and structured calculation results
Bookmarks or saved application content where available
Gas Trend workspaces
Tutorial and disclaimer acceptance
Theme and appearance preferences
Calculator usage counts
Other application preferencesBased on the current public-release architecture, calculator values, calculation history, and Gas Trend samples are stored locally and are not routinely uploaded to Vent Check RT's third-party services.5. Information Sent to Third-Party ServicesSome application functionality requires communication with third-party services.The primary information transmitted by the current public release relates to subscription purchases and subscription-entitlement status.Vent Check RT does not currently transmit user-entered clinical calculator values or Gas Trend samples to its subscription service.6. SupabaseVent Check RT includes Supabase infrastructure within the application.The current public release does not send user-provided information, clinical calculator values, Gas Trend samples, or educational-content requests to Supabase.Supabase may be used for future application functionality if such features are introduced. This Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before materially different data practices are introduced.7. RevenueCat and PurchasesVent Check RT uses RevenueCat to help manage Vent Check RT Pro subscriptions and entitlement status.RevenueCat may process information related to:Subscription status

AccountsVent Check RT does not provide user accounts or an in-app account profile.You do not need to provide a name, email address, username, password, or other account credentials to use the application.9. 10. Data SharingVent Check RT does not include advertising functionality and does not sell user data.Purchase and subscription information may be processed by RevenueCat and the applicable app store as necessary to provide subscription functionality.When you voluntarily copy, export, or share information from Vent Check RT, you control where that information is sent. Vent Check RT cannot control how a recipient uses information after you choose to share it.External clinical-source links and legal links may open websites operated by third parties. Those websites have their own privacy practices.11. Data Retention and DeletionMuch of Vent Check RT's application state is stored locally on your device.Available in-app controls may allow you to clear certain histories, bookmarks, trends, or other locally stored information.Uninstalling Vent Check RT generally removes locally stored application data from that device, subject to operating-system or backup behavior outside Vent Check RT's control.Subscription and transaction records maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other service providers may be retained according to their own legal obligations and retention policies.If you have a privacy-related question or request, you may contact Vent Check RT using the address listed below.12. Children and Pediatric Clinical ContentVent Check RT contains pediatric and neonatal clinical-reference content intended for healthcare professionals and clinical users.The presence of pediatric clinical content does not mean that Vent Check RT is designed or directed toward children as users.14. External LinksVent Check RT may provide links to clinical organizations, guidelines, references, legal documents, or other third-party websites.Vent Check RT is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of third-party websites.15. By downloading, accessing, or using Vent Check RT, you agree to these Terms.1. Purpose of Vent Check RTVent Check RT is designed for respiratory therapy clinical support, calculations, bedside reference, and educational use.Vent Check RT does not replace professional clinical judgment, institutional protocols, manufacturer instructions, physician oversight, or other applicable standards of care.2. Intended UsersVent Check RT is intended primarily for healthcare professionals, healthcare students, and other users who understand the limitations of clinical-reference and calculation tools.Users are responsible for determining whether use of the application is appropriate within their professional role, authorized scope of practice, workplace policies, and applicable laws.3. Clinical Information and CalculationsCalculations, reference ranges, ventilator parameters, blood gas interpretations, pediatric and neonatal references, educational materials, and other outputs are provided as clinical-support information and starting-point estimates.You must independently verify all calculations, inputs, units, recommendations, and outputs before relying on them.Clinical circumstances may require values, settings, or actions that differ from information presented by Vent Check RT.4. No Medical AdviceVent Check RT does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an approved patient-care protocol.Use of Vent Check RT does not create a provider-patient relationship between Vent Check RT, its owner, developers, or service providers and any patient or user.5. User ResponsibilityYou are responsible for:- Entering accurate information

- Verifying calculation results

- Following institutional policies and protocols
- Following applicable professional and legal requirementsVent Check RT must not be used as the sole basis for a clinical decision.6. Patient InformationVent Check RT is not designed as an electronic health record or patient-record system.Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, addresses, or other directly identifying patient information into free-text or custom fields.Your use of the application must comply with applicable privacy obligations and workplace requirements.7. Vent Check RT ProSome Vent Check RT features may require an active Vent Check RT Pro subscription.Available features, pricing, subscription periods, and promotional offers may change over time.Before purchasing, the applicable App Store or Google Play purchase interface will display the price and billing period for the subscription.Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the rules and account settings of the store through which the subscription was purchased.Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play as applicable.8. Restore PurchasesWhere supported, Vent Check RT provides functionality to restore eligible purchases.Restoration depends on the applicable app-store account and associated purchase records.9. Third-Party ServicesVent Check RT uses third-party services to operate certain features, including services such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play.Vent Check RT may also link to external clinical references, organizations, guidelines, or other websites.Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.10. Intellectual PropertyVent Check RT, including its original interface, branding, software, organization, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.Certain formulas, clinical concepts, references, trademarks, artwork, or other materials may originate from or be licensed from third parties and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.Your use of Vent Check RT does not transfer ownership of Vent Check RT or third-party intellectual property to you.11. Acceptable UseYou may not:- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt Vent Check RT or its supporting services
- Circumvent subscription or access controls
- Attempt unauthorized access to backend systems or data
- Use the application in violation of applicable law
- Misrepresent Vent Check RT content as an approved institutional protocol or individualized medical advice12. Availability and UpdatesVent Check RT may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part.Features may change as clinical references, operating systems, third-party services, or product requirements evolve.We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.13. Disclaimer of WarrantiesVent Check RT is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.No warranty is made that the application, calculations, reference materials, external links, or services will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for every clinical situation.Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by applicable law, Vent Check RT and its owner, developers, and service providers are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on unverified application outputs, incorrect user inputs, unavailable services, third-party content, or use of the application contrary to these Terms or professional clinical judgment.Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.15. App Store TermsWhen Vent Check RT is obtained through a third-party app marketplace, your use is also subject to the applicable marketplace terms.For applications distributed through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a different license agreement is expressly provided through App Store Connect. Apple confirms that its Standard EULA applies when a developer has not supplied a custom agreement.For applications distributed through Google Play, applicable Google Play terms and purchase rules also apply.17. Changes to These TermsThese Terms may be updated as Vent Check RT changes, new features are introduced, or legal and operational requirements evolve.The effective date above will be updated when these Terms are materially revised.18.
